Description of key information
A waiver is proposed for this endpoint. A study is not scientifically justified. The substance is an organo-metalic salt, and can be considered partially inorganic. In order for a substance to have a flash point, the substance must be capable of volatilization. The registered substance, as a salt, exerts no vapor pressure or volatility, and no melting occurs up to 300 deg C.
