Additional information

Several studies on the hydrotopes family are confirming that in general they are not irritation to skin and eye, even if some derivatives like the nitro sulphonic acid sodium salt is in fact positive. The substance is constituted by large amount of sodium sulphate and this substance is not irritant both for skin and eye., based on results on a similar substance, whose sulphate moyety is in common

It can be assumed that also the multicomponent will not be expected to be skin or eye irritant

Justification for selection of skin irritation / corrosion endpoint:

No selection can be made, having the studies the same reliability and consistency.

Justification for classification or non-classification

No classification for skin or eye is warranted under CLP regulation (EC 1272/2008) and his amendments
