Additional information

4-[2-[2-[(2-hydroxyphenyl)methylene]hydrazinyl]-2-oxoethyl]-4-methylmorpholinium chloride was tested in an acute toxicity study with Daphnia magna under static test conditions with analytical monitoring. The test procedure followed OECD guideline 202 under GLP. Nominal exposure concentrations were 4.6, 10, 22, 46 and 100 mg/L. The test concentrations were prepared separately by directly adding the weighed test substance to test medium. Based on nominal test concentrations the 48-hour EC50 was determined to be 53.7 mg/L, the 48h-EC0 to be 22 mg/L.
