In accordance with point 7.13, Column 2 (Specific Rules for Adaptation from Column 1) Annex VII, of Regulation (EC) No. 1907/2006 (REACH), it is considered justified to omit the Oxidising Properties study based on its structure, the substance is incapable of reacting exothermically with combustible materials. The substance does not contain any functionality that infers oxidising properties.
Justification for classification or non-classification
In accordance with the criteria outlined in Regulation (EC) No. 1272/2008 (CLP) and Directive 67/548/EEC (DSD), the substance does not meet the criteria for classification as oxidising.
