- Executive summary:
The adsorption coefficient (Koc) of N-(4-((4-(3-phenyIureido)phenyI)suIfonyI)phenyI)benzenesuIfonamide on soil and on sewage sludge was determined according to using high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) as described in the European Commission Regulation (EC) No. 440/2008, method C. 19 and OECD 121 (2001).
The log Koc value of the test substance at pH 7.4 (ionised form) and at pH 5.5 (non-ionised form) was 2.8 and 3.4 (Koc: 631 and 2512), respectively.

Description of key information
The log Koc value of N-(4-((4-(3-phenyIureido)phenyI)suIfonyI)phenyI)benzenesuIfonamide at pH 7.4 (ionised form) was 2.8 (Koc = 631) and at pH 5.5 (Koc = 2512; non-ionised form) 3.4, respectively. The higher Koc value of 2512 is selected for risk assessment as a worst-case.
