Accidental release measures
Emergency measures in case of spillage: Mechanisch aufnehmen und in geeigneten Behältern zur
Entsorgung geben. Zur Aufnahme des Stoffes sollte vorrangig
ein baumustergeprüfter Industriestaubsauger verwendet
werden. Staubbildung vermeiden. Vorsorge treffen, dass das
Produkt nicht in die Kanalisation gelangt.
Persönliche Schutzausrüstung (siehe "Handhabung") tragen.

Handling and storage
Handling: Der pulverförmige Stoff, der in Wasser und Fett praktisch
nicht löslich ist, kann nach inhalativer Aufnahme zu
sogenannten "Overload"-Phänomenen führen; daher sind alle
Arbeitsverfahren grundsätzlich so zu gestalten, dass die
Belastung durch Einatmen des Stoffes so gering wie möglich
ist. Der Haut- und Augenkontakt mit dem Stoff sollte
vermieden werden.
Bei Umfüll- und Dosierarbeiten sowie beim Mischen sollten
nach Möglichkeit geschlossene bzw. zumindest staubdichte
Vorrichtungen verwendet werden.
Beim Umgang in offenen Systemen sollte möglicher Staub
unmittelbar am Entstehungsort abgesaugt werden. Wenn
technische Absaug- oder Lüftungsmaßnahmen nicht möglich
oder unzureichend sind, sollte Atemschutz (Empfehlung:
Panorama-Vollgesichtsmaske mit Feinstaubfilter) getragen
werden. Zur Vermeidung von Hautkontakt wird das Tragen von
geprüften Schutzhandschuhen (z.B.:::) und ggf. geeigneter
Schutzkleidung (z.B.:::) empfohlen sowie zur Vermeidung
von Augenkontakt das Tragen von Augenschutz (Empfehlung:
Panorama-Vollgesichtsmaske mit Feinstaubfilter).
Wegen der potentiellen Staubexplosionsgefahr sollten bei
möglicher Staubentwicklung potentielle Zündquellen aus dem
Arbeitsbereich entfernt werden. Des weiteren sollten
Maßnahmen gegen elektrostatische Aufladungen getroffen
werden.

Working procedures must always be designed so that exposure
by inhalation is minimized.
Contact with the skin and eyes should be avoided.
If possible, closed, or at least dustproof, equipment
should be used during filling and metered feeding as well as
mixing.
In the case of handling in open systems, any dust which
forms should be extracted directly at the point of origin.
If technical extraction or ventilation measures are not
possible or are insufficient, respiratory protection (e.g.
Gas mask with full-face protection) should be worn.
To avoid skin contact, tested protective gloves (e.g. :::)
and, if applicable, suitable protective clothing (e.g. :::),
to avoid eye contact, safe eye protection (e.g.
Gas mask with full-face protection) should be worn.
Due to the potential dust-explosion risk, if dust can form,
potential ignition sources should be removed from the work
area.
In addition, measures should be taken against static
discharges.
Storage: In Lagerhäusern bei Raumtemperatur lagern. Die beim Umgang
mit Pigmenten üblichen Vorsichtsmaßnahmen müssen beachtet
werden. Keine offenen Feuer entfachen und nicht rauchen.
Funkenbildung vermeiden. Bruchsichere Behälter verwenden,
Behälter dicht verschlossen halten und vor dem Herabfallen
sichern.
