Form:
liquid: viscous
Colour:
Light yellow. Munsell colour code 10Y 9/1.
Substance type:
organic

The physical state of the test item was visually assessed to be a highly viscous, light yellow liquid at 20.0 ± 2.0 ºC.

The corresponding Munsell colour code was 10Y 9/1.

Conclusions:
The physical state of the test item was visually assessed to be a highly viscous, light yellow liquid at 20.0 ± 2.0 ºC.

The corresponding Munsell colour code was 10Y 9/1.
Executive summary:

OPPTS 830.6302, OPPTS 830.6303 – The physical state and colour of the test item was determined using visual assessment.  The procedure employed was designed to be compatible with the EPA’s OPPTS 830.6302 and OPPTS 830.6303 (OCSPP) guideline method of August 1996.

An aliquot of test item was transferred to a clear glass tube. The sample was then placed on a white background and viewed under natural light. The physical state and colour was visually assessed.

The sample of test item was visually assessed at 20.0 ± 2.0 ºC to be a highly viscous, light yellow liquid (Munsell code: 10Y 9/1).
