Additional information

Three genotoxicity test were performed, covering the endpoints gene mutation in bacteria and in mammalian cells and chromosome aberrations in mammalian cells. All tests were negative.

Short description of key information:
Bacterial Reverse Mutation Assay: OECD 471, EU method B.13/14: non mutagenic
In vitro Mammalian Chromosome Aberration Test: OECD 473, EU method B.10: non clastogenic
In vitro Mammalian Cell Gene Mutation Test: OECD 476, EU method B.10: non mutagenic

Endpoint Conclusion: No adverse effect observed (negative)

Justification for classification or non-classification

No classification is derived from the results of the genotoxicity tests, as all studies gave negative results.
