Based on the low bioaccessibility of the elements contained in this pigment, demonstrated by Knopf (2017), and the assumption that the general population is only exposed to the pigment via consumer products no effect levels for the general population for the substance are derived.
The results of the available toxicity studies show that the derivation of effect levels for the substance is neither feasible nor required.
