Alga (72 h): EC50: 6.45 mg/L, EC10: 0.986 mg/L, NOEC: 0.200 mg/L (reference 6.1.5 -1)

Biodegradation: The test item is not readily biodegradable within the 28 day period of the study according to OECD 301F (reference 5.2.1 -1).

Conclusion on classification

The available experimental test data are reliable and suitable for classification purposes under Regulation (EC) No 1272/2008. Based on the data above, the substance has not to be classified for short-term (acute) aquatic toxicity. For long-term (chronic) aquatic toxicity the substance is classified as Aquatic Chronic 2 (H411: Toxic to aquatic life with long lasting effects) according to Regulation (EC) No 1272/2008 (CLP), as amended for the twelfth time in Regulation (EU) 2019/521.
