Applicant's summary and conclusion

Validity criteria fulfilled:
yes
Conclusions:
48h EC50 of FAT 92504/A to Daphnids was determined to be >100 mg/L
Executive summary:

The short term toxicity of FAT 92504/A to aquatic invertebrates was evaluated in a study conducted according to OECD Guideline 202. In this study, groups of 10 daphnids were exposed to the test concentrations of 0.1, 1, 10 and 100 mg/L for 48 hours. The daphnids were also exposed to blank and vehicle groups. The observations of mobility were recorded to determine the toxicity of the substance. One out of 10 daphnids at the concentration of 10 mg/L was found dead at the end of 48 hour exposure period. Apart from this, no mortality was observed at any other concentrations of 0.1, 1 and 100 mg/L as well as blank or vehicle groups. Hence, the 48h EC50 of FAT 92504/A to daphnids was determined to be >100 mg/L.
