Description of key information

The Adsorption coefficient (KOC) on soil and on sewage sludge of test substance was determined by the Reverse Phase High Performance Liquid Chromatographic Method according to the OECD Guidelines No. 121. Test substance shows two peaks at average retention times of 6.768 (20.9% peak area) and 7.272 minutes (79.1% peak area), corresponding to an adsorption coefficient (log value) of 2.9 and 3.1. The value of the major peak has been chosen as the key value; log Koc = 3.1, which corresponds to a Koc value of 1259.
