Estimates for water solubility ranged from 8.8 x10-8 to 183 mg/l for the individual test item components.

Water Solubility.  

No determination was possible according to Method A6 Water Solubility of Commission Regulation (EC) No 440/2008 of 30 May 2008 and Method 105 of the OECD Guidelines for Testing of Chemicals, 27 July 1995, due to the following reason:

  • The test item demonstrated significant surface active properties in water, and as such it was not possible to remove the dispersion of excess undissolved test item by either centrifugation or filtration techniques to isolate a suitable saturated solution for analysis.

Therefore, the water solubility of each of the main test item components was estimated using a computer-based atom fragment contribution method, WSKOWWIN, version 1.42 (September 2010) © 2000 US Environmental Protection Agency.
