Additional information

This substance has a very high Logkow. However, the predicted bioconcentration factor for this substance, calculated using a QSAR methodology based on the logKow, is 3.16. This low BCF is based on the very high logkow indicating very low bioavailability of this substance (ultra low solubility). The fact that it is readily biodegradability further mitigates against the potential for bioaccumulation. On the basis of the screening test, the substance can be predicted to have a very low bioaccumulation potential (due to low bioavailability) and therefore further testing is not required.
