Conclusion on classification

Environmental classification for the poorly water soluble Gasir 1substance is based on transformation/dissolution test data and the lowest acute threshold values for Ge, As and Se.


Comparing the acute ERV values with the T/D test results as outlined in ECHA Guidance on the application of the CLP criteria (version 5.0; ECHA, 2017), it is concluded that the metal release are well below the acute ERV values, and that no classification for acute environmental hazard is required:
