Applicant's summary and conclusion

Conclusions:
The corrected surface tension was 54.7 mN/m. The substance is therefore considered to be surface-active.
Executive summary:

The surface tension was determined in an OECD 115 guideline study using the ring method.  The surface tension aparatus was calibrated using water.  Six replicates of two solutions, both containing 1 g/L of test substance in deionized water were performed.  The corrected surface tension was determined to be 54.7 mN/m.  The test substance is therefore considered to be surface active.
