Results

Established the specificity of the method as no peak elutes at or near the retention time of the test substance from the inert carrier. No colloidal particles were observed in either experiment.

The following average solubility result at 25 °C, correct to two significant figures was obtained: 1.1 mg/L at 25 °C. The final total relative standard deviation, based on the two flow rates, is 8.6 %.

Conclusions:
At 25 °C the water solubility was 1.1 mg/L in pure water with a pH of about 6.6.
Executive summary:

The water solubility of the test substance was determined using the column elution method according to OECD TG 105 following GLP principles. At 25 °C the water solubility was 1.1 mg/L in pure water with a pH of about 6.6.
