Additional information

Justification for classification or non-classification

Flammable liquids:
Flash point was determined as 83.5oC.
In accordance with Regulation (EC) No. 1272/2008, table 2.6.1, the substance should not be classified for this endpoint.
Pyrophoric liquids:
In accordance with Regulation (EC) No. 1272/2008 section 2.9.4.1, the classification procedure for pyrophoric liquids need not be applied when experience in manufacture or handling shows that the substance or mixture does not ignite spontaneously on coming into contact with air at normal temperatures (i.e. the substance is known to be stable at room temperature for prolonged periods of time (days)). As the substance is known to be stable in contact with air at room temperature for prolonged periods of time (days), so the classification procedure for pyrophoric solids does not need to be applied.
Substances and mixtures which in contact with water emit flammable gases:
In accordance with Regulation (EC) No. 1272/2008 section 2.12.4.1 (a), the classification procedure for this class need not be applied if the chemical structure of the substance or mixture does not contain metals or metalloids. As no metals or metalloids present in the molecule of this substance, so the classification procedure for this class need not be applied for this substance.
