Key result
Auto-ignition temperature:
> 426 - < 427 °C
Atm. press.:
> 97.6 - < 98.2 kPa

In the preliminary test, the lowest auto-ignition temperature found was between 425 and 427°C with a volume of 110 µl of test item.

The main test was performed with 100µl of test item. The auto-ignition temperature was 426°C.

Conclusions:
The test item auto-ignition temperature was 426°C
Executive summary:

The auto-ignition temperature of the test item was determined according to recognised guideline and under GLP. No deviation from the guideline was observed in the study.

Before testing, the apparatus was checked with a reference substance. Based on the result obtained, the apparatus was considered reliable for auto-ignition temperature determination.

The test item auto-ignition temperature was 426°C for atmospheric pressures between 97.6 and 98.2 kPa.

Description of key information

The auto-ignition temperature of the test item was determined in a key study of Klimisch validity one, performed according to recognised guideline and under GLP.

Key value for chemical safety assessment
