Details on test conditions:
The range of dissolved Al-concentrations was between 0.08-0.27mg/L, irrespective of the nominal total Al-concentrations.
This seems to correspond to the Al-dissolution capacity of the test medium (buffered to prevent dramatic changes in pH)
Since in the controls a measurable unstructured spectroscopic background was detected by ICP-OES, all data were corrcted
No background was detected by the membrane-filtered samples analysed by ICP-MS
