Applicant's summary and conclusion

Interpretation of results:
GHS criteria not met
Conclusions:
The test item has no flash point up to the boiling at aprrox. 110°C according to Regulation EC No. 440/2008 method A9. Flash Point and DIN EN ISO 2719 (2003). According to the results of the test on the flash point, the test item is classified as following:
UN Transport Regulation: as the test item has no flash point up to 110°C, it has not to be classified in class 3 as flammable liquid.
GHS (CLP Regulation EC 1272/2008 Annex 1: 2.6): as the test item has no flash point up to 110°C, it has not to be classified as flammable liquid.
