Applicant's summary and conclusion

Interpretation of results:
GHS criteria not met
Conclusions:
The substance is not meeting the criteria for classification as flammable.
Executive summary:

Testing of flammability was performed according to EU Method A9 (Flash Point) using a Pensky-Martens closed cup apparatus.

No flash to boiling. Due to sample boiling point, higher temperatures could not be attained and therefore testing was terminated.

The substance is not meeting the criteria for classification as flammable.
