Applicant's summary and conclusion

Conclusions:
The test item has a mean surface tension of 25.4 mN/m at 20°C. Based on this result, the test item is to be regarded as a surface-active substance.
Executive summary:

The surface tension of the test item was investigated in a study conducted according to OECD Guideline 115 (Surface Tension of Aqueous Solutions; 1995) and EU Method A.5 (Surface Tension; 2008) using the ring method. The mean surface tension was determined to be 25.4 mN/m at 20°C and thus indicating surface-active properties.
