After heating, the samples had lost approximately 93% and 92% of their original weight for Determinations 1 and 2 respectively.

Result: boil with decomposition from approximately 320 °C (593 K).

Discussion:

Due to the low enthalpy change at the onset of decomposition the temperature can only be approximated. The onset has been reported as from the lower of the observed onsets.

The test item has been determined to boil with decomposition from approximately 320 °C (593 K).
