Justification for classification or non-classification

According to REACH Annex VII 8.3. column 2 an in vivo skin sensitisation study does not need to be conducted if the substance is classified as corrosive to skin. Therefore, no data are available for theis toxicological endpoint. Due to the fact that there are no data available from structural analogues, the test item is not classified according to EC Regulation 1272/2008.
