The substance does not contain groups that might act as oxidizing agents. The oxygen atom is bonded to carbon which indicates that the molecule is oxygen defficient and the chloride atom is bound to carbon and decomposes to HCl.

The test item is not classified in accordance with CLP Regulation (EC) no. 1272/2008.
