Key value for chemical safety assessment

Additional information

The short-term toxicity to fish was assessed in a study conducted according to OECD guideline 203 under consideration of GLP and the OECD guidance 23 for difficult substances. The fish were exposed in semi-static test desing for an exposure duration of 96h. As the test substance is sparingly soluble in test water a saturation column was used to prepare the stock solution. The tested concetration were as follows: 0 (control), 4.6, 10, 22, 46 and 100% as dilutions of a saturated solution of the test substance; n.a. (control), 0.006, 0.013, 0.028, 0.058, 0.126 mg/L as estimated geometric mean measured concentrations. After 96h the LC50 was determined to be 0.122 mg/L.
