Executive summary:

An acute fish toxicity test was performed on FAT 20011/C according to proceducre equivalent or similar guideline as OECD 203. 10 Zebra fish were used in this test at each dose level. Fish were tested at the follwing test concentrations: 10, 30 and 100 mg/L. No mortality was seen at 10 mg/L, while 100 % mortality was reported with 30 and 100 mg/L test concentrations. Based on these findings, the 96 LC50 of FAT 20011/C  in this fish acute toxicity test was determined to be 14.94 mg/L.

Description of key information

An acute fish toxicity test performed following a guideline equivalent or similar to OECD test guideline 203 using Zebra fish. Fish were exposed to FAT 20011 for 48 h and 96 h to determine the TL values. The TL50 in the acute fish toxicity test was determined to be 14.94 mg/l at 96 hours of exposure time.

The 48h TL50 of FAT 20011/B in a fish acute toxicity test was determined to be 6.3 mg/L.

The TL50 of FAT 20011/A in a fish acute toxicity test was determined to be 6.5 mg/L.
