Two workers were exposed to the chemical while transferring the chemical from a drum to a smaller pail and contaminted. The workers were not wearing personal protective equipments other than latex gloves.

Two workers were exposed to the chemical (D40) while transferring the chemical from a drum to a smaller pail and contaminted. The workers were not wearing personal protective equipments other than latex gloves. The workers were escorted to the emergency room. The accidental exposure to face, hands and an arm of one worker and to a hands of other worker resulted no injuries from the chemical. No symptoms of any skin reactions to the chemical noted. The workers were discharged after thorough medical investigations.
