Principles of method if other than guideline:
The test item is stirred for 72 hours in the corresponding solvent. After dilution with water the test substance is detected by HPLC at the time t = 0 hours and t = 72 hours. Two concentration are used: 0.1 mg/ml and 50 mg/ml. The HPLC chromatogrames after 72 hour were compared with those for t 0 = hours; no difference was noticed
