Emergency measure - Inhalation: Remove patient to fresh air. Symptomatic treatment.
Emergency measure - Eyes: Rinse with plenty of water. Seek medical attention.
Emergency measure - Skin: Wash affected area with plenty of soap and water. If
irritation develops seek medical attention.

Recommended extinguishing agent: Water, foam or carbon dioxide may be used.
Product arising from burning: Products of combustion may contain oxides of carbon and
nitrogen.

Protective equipment: Personal protective clothing and a self-contained breathing
apparatus must be worn.
Accidental release measures
Emergency measures in case of spillage: Avoid dust formation. Wear suitable protective clothing (see
2.3.1). Sweep up spill or remove with industrial vacuum
fitted with suitable dust filtration system. Transfer
substance to suitably labelled containers and dispose of by
incineration according to local regulations.
Handling and storage
Handling: Avoid dust formation. Gloves, goggles, personal protective
clothing and a self contained breathing apparatus should be
worn.
Storage: Store in tightly sealed containers, in a cool dark place,
away from sources of ignition. Take precautionary measures
against static discharge.
Packaging of the substance and or preparation: Epoxy resin solutions containing this substance will be
supplied in road tankers or railcars.
