Please be aware that this old REACH registration data factsheet is no longer maintained; it remains frozen as of 19th May 2023.

The new ECHA CHEM database has been released by ECHA, and it now contains all REACH registration data. There are more details on the transition of ECHA's published data to ECHA CHEM here.

Additional information

A GLP-compliant OECD 202 guideline study with Daphnia magna is available forPolyol IXOL M125 (Solvay Duphar B.V., 1992c). Daphnids (30/dose) were exposed to nominal concentrations ranging from 15 to 1,000 mg/L under static conditions for 48 hours. The test concentrations were analytically verified andwere within 80% of nominal concentrations. No immobilisation was observed in the control and the lowest concentration during the test (0.63 mg/L). The percentage of immobile daphnids increased from 10% at 1.4 mg/L to 100% at 29 and 67 mg/L.No immobilisation exceeding 10% was observed during the test in any test concentration. A few water fleas were floating on the surface at 48 hours of exposure which was regarded not compound related. No other effects were observed. The 48-h EC50 value is >1,000 mg/L (based on nominal concentrations).
