In a preliminary test, a portion (approximately 100 mg) of the test item was found to dissolve readily in 200 µL of purified water, indicating a solubility of greater than 500 g/L of solvent. No further testing was considered necessary.

Conclusions:
Chelest PC-45 was found to have a solubility of greater than 500 g/L of water.
