Please be aware that this old REACH registration data factsheet is no longer maintained; it remains frozen as of 19th May 2023.

The new ECHA CHEM database has been released by ECHA, and it now contains all REACH registration data. There are more details on the transition of ECHA's published data to ECHA CHEM here.

Applicant's summary and conclusion

Interpretation of results:

Remarks:
Migrated information Criteria used for interpretation of results: other: EU DSD
Conclusions:
The rabbit acute dermal LD50 for 3-chloropropene was 2070 mg/Kg of body weight.
Executive summary:

When tested for acute dermal toxicity in a manner similar to the existing testing guidelines the structural analog 3 -chloropropene was reported to have an LD50 of 2070 mg/Kg of body weight. Classification and Labeling of 3 -chloropropene is not justified by this finding. This LD50 value is believed to be representative of AC Light Ends.
