Description of key information

48 -h EC50 (Daphnia magna) > 4.4 g/L (NEN 6501)

48-h EC50 (Daphnia sp.) = 756 mg/L (ECOSAR v1.00)

Key value for chemical safety assessment

Additional information

The acute toxicity to invertebrates (Daphnia magna) was tested according to NEN 6501. Test results indicated a 48 -h EC50 > 4.4 g/L. A 48 -h EC50 of 756 mg/L was calculated for Daphnia using ECOSAR v1.00. These data indicate that the test substance has a low degree of toxicity to invertebrates.
