- Justification:
Tetraglyme is not readily biodegradable but inherently. The P and vP criteria are therefore fulfilled. The registration substance has a very low log Kow (<< 3) and is therefore neither B nor vB. In addition Tetraglyme has a very low ecotoxicity but has to be classified as reprotoxic category 2 (DSD 67/548/EEC) and toxic for reproduction category 1B (CLP 1272/2008). Therefore, the T criteria is fulfilled.
The overall assessment for P, B and T shows that Tetraglyme is not PBT/vPvB.
