Applicant's summary and conclusion

Executive summary:

The product has a low toxicity to the aquatic organisms tested. The calculated EC50 and LC50 values show that all products had low toxic effects on daphnia. For Iodixanol, sufficient immobilisation for calculation of EC50 was not obtained in the concentration range tested. Testing at higher concentrations was complicated due to precipitation in the test solutions and was considered unnecessary because of low toxicity.
