Description of key information

Two guideline-conform ready biodegradability studies were being conducted. The valid Modified OECD Screening test according to OECD TG 301E shows that the substance is not readily biodegradable. Only 16% biodegradation were observed in a prolonged test after 56 days. In a second study, Modified Sturm test, according to OECD 301B biodegradation of 4% was observed. Thus, the test substance has to be considered as not readily biodegradable.

Additional information

The test substance is not readily biodegradable according to the OECD criteria based on reliable experimental data.
