Applicant's summary and conclusion

Interpretation of results:
GHS criteria not met
Conclusions:
The 1:1 mixture of the sample and cellulose was observed to have a mean pressure rise time greater than that of a 1:1 mixture of 65 % nitric acid and cellulose. Therefore the substance is not classified as an oxidising liquid in accordance with EU CLP.
