Analytical method:
other: SMV (PC) 3202072-01V.LogP.
Type:
log Pow
Partition coefficient:
7.25
Temp.:
25 °C
Remarks on result:
other: considered to be an estimate due to low water solublity of material
Details on results:
The partition coefficient by slow stir test was performed over a period of 167.17 hours, with 5 sampling time points taken. Due to the low water solubility, which was below the limit of quantification, but at or just above the limit of detection for the analytical method, the partition coefficient value determined experimentally should be considered to be an estimate. The estimated mean Log Pow (corrected for 1/variance) was 7.25 for the three sample vessels and there was no significant difference over five results for each of the vessels.
Due to the uncertainty of the experimental results the Log Pow was calculated using Estimation Program Interface EPI ver. 4.1.
