From the Ready Biodegradability Test, the BOD at 5 days was -0.0275 g/g (-0.055 mg/l for a 2 mg/l solution at 5 days).

The COD was not determined. The theorical oxygen demand calculated for complete oxidation of nitrogen to nitrates was 2.74 g/g (5.49 mg O2/l for a 2 mg/l solution)
