Additional information

One study is available investigating the short-term toxicity of Glycerides, castor-oil mono-, di- and tri- (CAS 91744-27-3) to freshwater fish. The study was performed according to GLP and OECD guideline 203 using Dania rerio astest organism (Rzodeczko 2018). Due to the low water solubility of the test substance loading rate WAFs in the range of 6.25 -100 mg/L were tested. At exposure termination the overall fish mortality in the control and the loading rates of 6.25 to 25 mg/L was 0%. In the filtrate of a loading of 50 mg/L was 57.1% and in the filtrate of a loading of 100 mg/L was 100%. Thus, the 96h-LL50 value is determined to be 47.6 mg/L based on nominal concentrations.
