Applicant's summary and conclusion

Conclusions:
The results of this study showed that ZK 5320 immobilized Daphnia magna at concentrations from 22.9 mg/L to 43.0 mg/L. A no observed effect concentration (NOEC) was determined with 12.5 mg/L and the lowest observable effect concentration (LOEC) was 22.9 mg/L (35 % immobility). 43.0 mg/L showed an immobility of 95 %.
The EC50/48 hours of ZK 5320 to Daphnia magna is 26.1 mg/L.
Executive summary:

20 juvenile Daphnia magna were used for the test solution of Boldenone (ZK 5320), 20 for each dilution from saturated, 1:2, 1:4, 1:8, 1:16 (<3.5 - 43 mg/L)and 20 for the tap water control. The Daphnia were exposed for a period of 48 hours under static conditions. Immobilization was recorded at 24 hours and 48 hours.

There was a concentration dependent immobilization at the two highest concentrations.

The EC50/48 hours of ZK 5320 to Daphnia magna is 26.1 mg/L
