Additional information

Based on available information, a weight of evidence approach has been followed for the assessment of fish toxicity.
Two similar substances have been tested for toxic potential to fish upon short-term exposure. A detailed description of the read across process is attached in section 13.

Both studies were conducted based on DIN 38412 guideline (L1 and L15), using 10/fish/concentration under static exposure conditions.

In the available study on similar substance 01, nominal tested concentrations were 0.01, 0.022, 0.046, 0.100, 0.215, 0.464, 1.0, 2.15 mg/l.

In the available study on Similar Substance 02, nominal tested concentrations were 0.01, 0.022, 0.046, 0.100, 0.215, 0.464, 1.0 mg/l.

Mortality up to 100 % of test animals was seen at concentrations below 1 mg/l after 96 h of exposure for both available studies.
