Conclusions:
The vapour pressure of 2-phenoxyethyl acrylate (M141) was determined according to OECD TG 104 using the dynamic method. the vapour pressure for 2-phenoxyethyl acrylate was calculated to be 0.22Pa @ 20 oC, 0.35 Pa @ 25 oC, and 3.1 Pa @ 50 oC. No decomposition was observed.
Executive summary:

The vapour pressure of 2-phenoxyethyl methacrylate (M141) was determined according to OECD TG 104 using the dynamic method. The vapour pressure was measured in the temperature and pressure range of 149oC – 178oC and 1333 Pa – 4800 Pa, respectively. Using measured values the vapour pressure for 2-phenoxyethyl methacrylate was calculated by extrapolation of the measured vapour pressure curve at three temperatures: 0.22Pa at 20oC, 0.35 Pa at 25oC, and 3.1 Pa at 50oC. No decomposition was observed.
