The results from the duplicate determinations showed reproducibility of less than ± 20 kg/m3; therefore, the results were considered acceptable.

Conclusions:
The density of the test item was determined to be 979 kg/m3 at 19.0 ± 1.0 ºC. The
corresponding relative density, D20/4 was calculated to be 0.979.
The test substance is less dense than water.
Executive summary:

The density of the test substance was measured under GLP according OECD 109 / EU A3 guideline, using the gas comparison pycnometer method.

After calibration, two independent samples were measured in triplicate. The mean density was calculated and converted to relative density towards water at 4°C.

As the difference between both determinations was below 20 kg/m3 , the results were considered as valid and the mean density at 19.0 °C was calculated. This result was then converted to relative density towards water at 4 °C.
