Description of key information
A repeat insult skin patch test in 56 individuals comprising application of 9 induction patches (3 per week) followed by one challenge patch each containing 0.2 mL AM1-0024.
Additional information
The area of skin under each patch was assessed after removal of the patch and immediately prior to reapplication and any reactions or changes to the skin were recorded according to the defined criteria. There were no changes detected to the skin following removal of any of the applied skin patches in any of the individuals on the panel. The conclusion was that AM1-0024 showed no indication of causing irritancy or allergic contact skin sensitisation in any of the subjects.
