Description of key information

At a concentration of 3.24 mM (1g/kg soil) for 5 days, quinine induced a 93% growth inhibition of Lepidium sativum. Quinine has a phytotoxic effect.

In the publication of Wink, 1995 the inhibition of radicle growth of Lepidium sativum was determined. At a concentration of 3.24 mM (1 g/kg soil) for 5 days, quinine induced a 93% growth inhibition. Quinine has a phytotoxic effect.
