Applicant's summary and conclusion

Validity criteria fulfilled:
not applicable
Conclusions:
When manipulate in laboratory and exposed to humidity of air, VOCl3 decomposes instantenaously following the reaction:
2 VOCL3 + 3 H2O => V2O5 + 6 HCl
This reaction is weekly verified by MSSA in the analytical laboratory as VOCL3 sampled from the process is a yellow liquid (Gardner index 8, proof of humidity absence) and when exposed to air under the hood, the liquid becames dark orange, showing the degradation.
