Measured bioconcentration factors (BCF) obtained in bioaccumulation studies for ditolylether disulfonic acid disodium salt, isomer mixture are not available. However, from the octanol-water partition coefficient a bioconcentration factor (BCF) can be calculated with the BCFBAF Program.
Ditolylether disulfonic acid disodium salt, isomer mixture is an UVCB substance consisting of positional isomers of two basic structures [sodium salts of disulfonated and trisulfonated ditolylether].
Since variations in the positions of the substituents have influence on calculations by the program, the calculations are performed using four representative constituents of ditolylether disulfonic acid disodium salt, isomer mixture. As estimation of salts is not considered by the program the neutral form of the corresponding acid of each representative constituent is taken into account for calculation as a worst-case assumption.
